I've been putting my kids in Petit Bateau tights since they were little, and they've lasted a long time because they hardly pill even after washing, and the toes don't wear thin easily. Both have been worn a few times, and there are no scratches or tears. There is some overall wear and tear, but they are in good condition and can still be worn.
