Purchased new. I have two units, and this one was hardly used. (It has been used a few times, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for something in brand-new condition.) The stylus has been tested and is working. I believe it is clean with no scratches or dirt. There is an ink stain on the back of the main unit. The booklet has no tears or stains.
