This is a flannel dress from Ryohin Keikaku (MUJI). It has a cute green check pattern. I've worn it a few times, but it's become a little short for my 100cm daughter, so she can't wear it anymore. Therefore, I think it will fit a 90cm child for a long time. I don't recommend it for 100cm children, as the period they can wear it will be short. I think it's for spring and autumn, but I used to wear it in winter with a Heattech turtleneck underneath!
