I'm a 3XL, and this fits perfectly. I think even someone who wears a 5XL could wear it because it stretches. That's just my personal opinion. As a 3XL wearer, I'm currently using it, but I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have much compression around the stomach, which is what I wanted.
