I purchased these locally when I went to Alaska and wore them for 3 days. I discarded the original box because it wouldn't fit in my suitcase when I returned home, so I will use a different box for shipping. I haven't worn them since and have stored them at home. Both the inside of the boots and the insoles are still fluffy. There is some slight wear on the heel of the outsole. There is a yellow line on the metal logo on the back of the left heel that won't come off. Cleaned. I usually wear 24cm shoes, and they fit fine even with thick Montbell socks.
