The charger and other parts are not problematic. Purchased new less than a year ago, mainly used for my beard about twice a month. Therefore, other parts are unused. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said it would be a paid warranty because I don't have the receipt or know the purchase date. Free replacement is possible if there is any documentation. Unfilled warranty card and instruction manual included.
