The black color in the background of the Eiffel Tower illustration isn't completely black, but appears to have some color depth (see image 5). There are minor scratches and roughness on the sides, but it's unclear if they were originally there (see images 12-14). Other than that, there is no noticeable damage, and it is in relatively good condition. Please forgive any oversight in the inspection due to it being done by an amateur.
