I have recently confirmed that it powers on and functions (produces sound). It's easy to operate, with selection via the parameter knob and setting via the value knob, allowing for intuitive use. I used it for home practice without an amplifier by connecting headphones to the output. It also has a rhythm function, making it ideal for practice.
