Made of vinyl. I purchased it on Mercari. I used it once, but the material is stiff and it's difficult to take money out, so I just had it on display. I'm selling it because I bought a different clasp purse. I think it's a very cute design for Hangyodon fans. It's a size that's easy to hold in your hand. I didn't feel much wear and tear, but I did use it once, so please ask if you have any concerns.
