This is an ethnic dress from shellits (シェルーツ). I've only tried it on and washed it once, so I haven't worn it. The design is unique, so you won't see anyone else wearing it! It has a lining, and the fabric is a sturdy material. You can wear it in spring and autumn if you layer it with a sheer T-shirt. It's about 10cm below the knee on me, and I'm 150cm tall.
