Purchased a few years ago, and now that my child has outgrown it, I'm offering it to a child who loves PAW Patrol. Functionality has been confirmed (batteries not included). Although not shown in the photos, the included letter poster is unused. I will include it as is. There are no noticeable stains or intentionally made scratches, but being made of plastic, there are some minor scratches from play (see image 3). The item itself is unaffected, but a part of the divider in the original box is damaged (see image 4). I would appreciate it if you could understand that this is a used item that my child has played with.
