This is a beautiful item, only tried on a few times. The inner diameter is 55cm, as measured by myself. There is Velcro in the back, allowing for size adjustment of about 5cm. As a bonus, I will include player cards and stickers distributed at the stadium. The players will be chosen at random. I will ship via Yu-Packet Post.
