Purchased as unopened/new from Bic Camera. I believe they are new, but I opened them to check when I bought them. They have been stored in the box since then. No missing parts. I think both the box and the figures are in good condition. Regarding the condition: I think they are in good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to scratches or inspections, as this is based on a layman's perspective.
