This is a Petit Bateau quilted skirt. Color: Navy Size: 4 years (104cm) Petit Bateau tends to run smaller than domestic brands. My daughter is small for her age and of average build, and she wore this a couple of times when she was in the middle of her kindergarten year. Personally, I don't see any major flaws and it looks clean, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this has been worn by a child and stored at home.
