This is a PriPara Cyalume Charm. It uses AAA batteries and has been tested and confirmed to work (see image three). I purchased this when it was first released, so there is a slight yellowing on the clear parts, but other than that, there is no peeling of the print and it is in beautiful condition. However, I cannot say that it is completely free of signs of use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about its cleanliness. The batteries will be removed before shipping.
