This listing is for the case only. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as there is writing on the back in marker. When the charger is plugged in, the lamp lights up as shown in image 1, so it doesn't seem to be broken. However, since there are no earphones, I haven't been able to confirm actual charging, so please be aware of this. The exterior shows some scratches and wear, but there is no particularly severe damage, and overall it is in good condition.
