Everything in the first image is included. (The white box in the middle, top row has been disposed of.) It's a little hard to see, but there are two black belts on the right, one large and one small. Operation has been confirmed, but since it's an old item from about 6 years ago, it's being sold as junk. The orange bag has stains and damage. Both of the SixPads are battery-powered. *One battery cover is missing. Both covers are the same shape, so please attach it to the one you will be using. I removed and discarded the gel pads I was using after confirming operation. For the larger one (for the abdomen), there are 3 unopened packs of gel pads. There is also one opened pack, which I will include as a bonus. The smaller one (with two electrodes) does not have any gel pads.
