Nakiri knife, blade length approximately 16.2cm, 135g. The spine is about 1.5mm thick near the heel. It's engraved with "PROCEPT" and appears to be an older series from Kai. It's a double-edged blade made of molybdenum vanadium steel. It has a decent hardness, typical of modern stainless steel. There's a groove-like chip on the handle, so please check the photos carefully. It functions without issue and should last for quite a while.
