This preamp/DI with two inputs (piezo/magnetic) is very rare, and is perfect for those who use guitars with two outputs. Each input has its own volume control, so it can be used like a mixer. For example, you could connect two guitars at the same time, or even a guitar and a bass simultaneously, if you wanted. It has a built-in reverb, which is a higher quality reverb compared to the AD-3, and sounds usable. It's also quite rare to have two stereo DI OUT (XLR) outputs.
