By using it instead of the grill grate, you can reduce the dirt inside the oven by approximately 99.9% compared to using the grill grate. In the 2023 model, slits have been added to both sides of the lid, making it easier to remove even with oven mitts on. Designed specifically for Rinnai gas stoves, it allows you to cook the same amount of food as with the grill grate. The plate side has a wave structure to drain excess oil to both sides, resulting in a healthy and crispy finish. The lid has slits (holes) the same size as the upper burner. You can grill food to a golden brown with direct heat, just like with a grill grate. Instruction manual and recipes included.
