This item was purchased at the end of March this year. It was used for about two weeks. The pillowcase has been washed with baby detergent (Sarasa). If you are concerned, please wash it again after purchase. It is in relatively clean condition, but as shown in the 7th photo, there are a few pills on the top of the insert cushion. They are not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. Thank you.
