This is a 1960s TOWN CRAFT OPEN COLLAR BOX SHIRT. Rare color "Black and White Check" A Towncraft cotton short-sleeve open collar box cut loop shirt in a black and white monochrome check. This is a good standard vintage piece that's hard to find. Towncraft is also a great brand. It's 100% COTTON, and feels a bit rougher and stiffer than a poly blend, which is nice. Shirts from later years often include poly, so these 100% cotton shirts from this era are attractive. The size is M, but it should fit most people with plenty of room, and the silhouette is beautiful. It's versatile and easy to mix and match. Black is especially valuable in vintage clothing. There aren't many of them. Due to the historical context and technical limitations of the time, colored items were overwhelmingly more common. Therefore, vintage black items are expensive. There are repairs on the front and minor scratches and holes, but it doesn't affect wear, and the condition is relatively good in my opinion.
