This is a deconstructed shirt from Label Etude. The first photo may not be the exact same item number, but it's from the same brand and the sleeves are exactly the same. The color is white, but it's more of an ivory shade, not pure white. The sleeves have two buttons and buttonholes each, allowing you to adjust the sleeve width to your preferred silhouette.
