These are lace-up boots. I bought them to match with a hakama for my graduation ceremony. The size is 19 cm. They have a zipper on the side. They had a cute design that went well with hakama. Since I bought them for hakama, I haven't used them very often, but they are a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this point.
