I purchased this professional-grade Château Laguiole Grand Cru sommelier knife about 30 years ago for work. The handle is made of buffalo horn. I used it as my main knife for about 5 years, but then I started using A. Thiers knives primarily, so I didn't have many opportunities to use this one. Currently, I own several A.
