The Sully costume is 110cm, and my 3-year-old son (who usually wears 100cm) wore it, but it was a little big! So, we rolled up the legs. The tail has Velcro. We wore the costumes in mid-December at Disney, and we wore quite a few layers underneath! It was easy to adjust with the clothes underneath. Photos 8-12 are for reference.
