These appear to be "shinko zaiku" (rice flour craft) "ohajiki" (game pieces) likely made using rice flour in the early Showa era. The set includes 22 flower-shaped pieces and 4 ring-shaped pieces. They feel like they are made of clay. There is some soiling and chipping, but I think they are in good condition. Please check the photos for the detailed condition and size of the items. Similar ohajiki are also introduced on pages 4-5 of "Kotto Fan Vol. 4" (Hokushindo, 1997). Dried shinko zaiku is said to become so hard that it cannot be broken by hand, and these items are very hard. I tried with a few extra pieces, but I couldn't break all but one by hand.
