It's a simple cylindrical shape, but surprisingly, they're not readily available, so I made one. It's recommended to place it snugly under your neck, but you can also use it in combination with a regular pillow to adjust the height, or place it under your lower back for a comfortable feel. The cotton is packed firmly, so it won't sink in, and it will fit your body comfortably for a great night's sleep. It can be machine-washed in a laundry net.
