I also have 20 business cards. I believe everything is complete. I've inspected the ink by removing the cover, and the ink is present. Although I haven't used them, I have opened and handled them for inspection. They are also vintage items, so some oil may have come out of the paper. Please refrain from purchasing if this concerns you. Please note that I cannot provide any guarantees as they haven't been used.
