The inner diameter is 25.5mm (5G in Bach terms), and I'm not sure about the throat, sorry. When I first played it, I thought it was really good! But I couldn't quite get used to it, so I'm selling it. There are some scratches from use, but there are no major scratches or dents, and it doesn't affect playing. Since there is no box, I will wrap it in cushioning material (bubble wrap) and ship it.
