This is a toy camera made of LEGO blocks. When the charging cord is connected, the charging screen appears, but it is not possible to turn it on or take pictures. Please understand that this is a junk item. The main body has fine scratches, but there are no noticeable stains or damage. The instruction manual that came with the purchase is included.
