This is a set of the Food Labeling Certification (Shokuhin Hyoji Kentei) Beginner's textbook and workbook. The textbook is the edition before the latest two editions. I bought it new and used it. There are no markings inside, and the contents are relatively clean, but there are small scratches and creases on the cover. The workbook is a used item I purchased here. There are markings from the previous owner. I found it very useful because I could easily check the answers by using a red sheet. The publication year is also a bit old.
