This floral skirt is black, but the floral pattern makes it look slightly brown. The size is L, but there's no tag. (See photo) The waist is elastic and there's a lining. I've worn it quite a bit, but it's in good condition except for the inner tag being cut. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
