I built a BAJA EVH 5150 OVERDRIVE, developed on an overseas DIY effects pedal forum. As the name suggests, it's a distortion pedal that evokes the brown sound of EVH. While it's not quite a high-gain distortion, it can still produce plenty of distortion. The center switch bypasses the tone control. The volume is quite loud, so I recommend adjusting the volume knob to around 1-3. The case design uses materials from "Jitan da". The design is printed directly on the case instead of using a label, which I think looks good. I've confirmed that it works and that the tone changes, but I haven't verified how it compares to the real thing, so I can't guarantee the sound. Batteries cannot be installed. Please understand this before purchasing.
