This is a Nancy PM-2 soprano ukulele for sale. Nancy is a brand of Seiichi Nakanishi (Nakanishi Seisakusho), a famous ukulele builder. It is supported by many players and from both domestic and international sources, including the star performer Ohta-san. Unfortunately, Mr. Seiichi Nakanishi is deceased, making this a very rare instrument. It is a vintage ukulele from about 30 years ago. Old ukuleles use good quality wood, so I honestly think it's more advantageous to buy this than a new model. There are some minor scratches, but I think it's in a beautiful condition for a vintage instrument. For the sale, I replaced the friction pegs with new geared pegs. The tuning has improved dramatically, and it now produces a good sound. I think Nakanishi ukuleles basically only have friction pegs, and just the gear peg replacement would cost 10,000 yen if you asked a professional, so I think it's a great deal. A case is included as an accessory. A tuner is not included, but you can download a tuner for free with a smartphone app, so even beginners can start using this product right away.
