I've put together a set of matching French antique lace-patterned deep plates and café au lait bowls. You don't often see them as a set, so please take your time to look and enjoy! Like something you'd see displayed in a Parisian café... This is a red lace-patterned café au lait bowl. Marked MADE IN FRANCE. It's a popular bowl, with a nice red color and a good size. It has a "boro" (ragged) feel, with two chips on the lines and rim, and a manufacturing flaw on the inside. It has a shine and is not unclean. Size: Diameter 14cm, Height 7.5cm This is a rare lace-patterned plate that you rarely see in the market. A Saint-Amand plate. The red lace pattern has lace and floral designs beautifully arranged on the rim and inside. The rim is relief. It's well-used, with four chips on the rim. There are scratches and slight staining. The contrast between the antique feel and the cute lace pattern is lovely, and I personally think it's better than just a pretty dish.
