I bought this at ZARA in the UK, inspired by Wonyoung. It's a pleated skirt with a fairly sturdy fabric, giving a sense of weight to your autumn/winter outfits. I've worn it 2 or 3 times. The skirt has attached shorts underneath (see photo 5). It has an adjustable waist.
