The item is listed as "poor condition" due to being an original custom product. I believe it's still usable as is, but this is just my personal opinion. Also, please understand that this is just the carburetor. It has been modified with a high roof and bay window, and painted with a glitter coat and clear red, giving it a look that could be seen as either wine red or candy red.
