I purchased these new and am selling them because my child outgrew them after wearing them for a few hours on two occasions. Although they haven't been worn much, there's white rubber on the soles of both boots. It doesn't come off when touched, so I'm selling them as is. They are 15 cm, but I feel they might be better suited for a child who usually wears a size smaller than 15 cm, so they aren't too tight.
