This is a face towel featuring Kenketsu-chan, the cute mascot character of the Japanese Red Cross Society. It's woven using non-twisted yarn, which has very little twist, resulting in a fluffy, soft texture and high absorbency. I compared it to a towel from a hot spring inn, and this one is more than twice as heavy. It seems you can't get these towels anymore.
