This is a furoshiki (wrapping cloth) featuring the artwork "Peach Girl" by the printmaker Jiro Takidaira. I received it as a commemorative gift. Mr. Takidaira created this piece with the hope that the girl would be loved as a messenger of peace. I think it would be lovely framed and displayed.
