I purchased this around October of last year. I mainly used it in my car and didn't use it for action shots. It's in clean condition with no major scratches. There are no small scratches on the front or back of the display. There are some minor scratches around the lens cap. Regarding the battery, I don't feel any degradation at the moment, and I can shoot for a long time. All accessories are included, and I have only opened and used the battery. The others are unopened and unused.
