This is a stretcher for medical, emergency, and patient transport use. It has only been used a few times and is in very clean condition. There are no operational problems, and no rust. It comes with a fall prevention rail (removable) and a patient transfer slider (foldable), both of which are included (with a dedicated storage bag).
