This is a "console cable" used for configuring network devices such as Cisco routers. ⇒ "72-3383-01 REV.A2" It's a genuine Cisco product, but can be used with routers from other manufacturers (Nokia, etc.) as long as the specifications match. This is a set of 3, unused (unopened) cables. One end is a 9-pin (DB9) connector, and the other end is RJ45.
