These are suede stretch boots by Pedro Anton, purchased at Le Talon. The part above the ankle is made of stretch material, making them soft and easy to walk in. The heels have been re-soled. I don't see any particular issues, and I think they are in relatively good condition. I'm selling them because I haven't had many opportunities to wear heels lately.
