It appears to be unused, but it has been stored in a drawer for a long time, and the outer box has some dirt and scratches. There are no noticeable scratches on the fork itself, but since it wasn't in a sealed box, it had some dust on it. I have removed the dust with an air duster, but please wash it before use.
