There is a navy gingham check lining, and there is an inner pocket with a gusset. I used it with care and stored it carefully, but there is a correction fluid stain on the back of the bag. There are also some scuffs on the corners. Please check the photos. There are no frays, tears, or holes. I checked the handles and there is some wear, but the handles are not damaged to the point of being unusable. There also seems to be a faint stain on the front and back, but I'm not sure if it's from the beginning or not, so I'll let you know. Please check the photos.
