The back of the waist has shirring (elastic) and a ribbon, which is lovely. I bought it for about 15,000 yen and have worn it, so there are some scuffs, wrinkles, attached fibers, loose threads, fuzzing, pilling, stains, scratches, snags, and the safety pin on the ribbon is broken, so I've attached it with a large safety pin I had.
