Hex wrench is not included, so you will need a tool for installation. The disadvantage of steel is that it is prone to corrosion and heavy. However, since there are only 2 screws, I don't think the weight will be a concern. Steel is cheaper than titanium, so you can replace them if they deteriorate. The advantage is that titanium is softer than steel, so it can be firmly fixed. Titanium flexes, so it is also used for fishing rod tips. The screws are short, so unless you apply a lot of torque, there won't be much difference. Titanium screws are also available, although they are expensive. You can use a 100-yen store L-shaped wrench, but a screwdriver sold at a home center will allow for more accurate work. If you need a more precise tool, I can include a screwdriver type for an additional 300 yen, or an ultra-precision screwdriver (pictured in photo 6) for 1000 yen, both brand new.
