This is the Park Tool CN-10 cable cutter. It's a cutter used to cut the shift cables and brake cables of road bikes to the appropriate length. I used it to maintain one bike. It was used indoors, so there are no major scratches, and I think it's in good condition overall. I'm selling it to declutter due to moving.
